Created eye effect Gizmo/Plugin to rapidly duplicate effect on 35 shots. Eyes leaking smoke effect created procedurally using Nuke Particle System.
Software used; Nuke, Maya, Silhouette, Mocha
00:20
Smoke composited to hide transition. Eye gizmo combined 2 sets of eyes from different shots to be 1 set.
00:45
Created a 3d camera move from a static shot. Created design, 3d system, roto's, and animations for the vector art part of shot. Created 3d volumetric effects in Nuke.
01:06
Camera solve, Roto, 3d volumetric effects, eye effect.
01:17 - "No Flex Zone" - VFX Supervisor, All Aspects of VFX

Solved camera, animated car, lit and rendered with Vray, Roto'd actors, composited.
Also created Force Field Gizmo/Plugin which was used to quickly replicate effect on over 40 shots. Effect attempted to replicate glass effects such as refraction and reflection as well as aberrations and glows all in Nuke in real-time. Plugin procedurally created all effects once linked with a 3d camera and holdout masks.
01:41
Created camera solves with no tracking information, composited in Force Field effect.
02:17 - "Spoon" - Directed, All Aspects of VFX

02:55 - "The Watchmaker" - VFX Supervisor, All Aspects of VFX
Entire film shot in motion control. I animated the motion control rig as per the directors vision using Maya. In post, all of the shots had to be combined into 1 master camera move, I did this Nuke. I then modeled the watch parts and created a dynamics simulation for each shot. I also modeled and animated the insides of the watch. This was all modeled and rendered in Vray. Textured in Mari. Composited in Nuke.
Final Sony CineAlta logo was modeled in Maya and rendered using Nuke's particles system.
03:35 - "Bang Bang" - Director and DP, All Aspects of VFX
