Since 2003, the NYPD has stopped and interrogated New Yorkers 2,950,000 times. Of that number, 88% were found to be innocent. And all are in a massive NYPD electronic Database. And 83% were black or latino. Daryl and Clive are part of a class-action lawsuit challenging the NYPD's practice of keeping the personal information of innocent New Yorkers in a database used to conduct police investigations.
