Turlock Municipal Services Department Budget Meeting

The Turlock Budget Subcommittee comprised of Mayor John Lazar and Councilman Ted Howze held a meeting with city staff to review the area of Municipal Services.

Possible outsourcing was brought up along with how to fund $600,000 of street lighting so they city doesn't go dark.

Funds currently used to support the Turlock Convention & Visitors Bureau were proposed to be brought back in-house to create a possible economic and tourism development division of the city.
