23rd May 2009 I was walking round the Edgbaston Reservoir in Ladywood, Birmingham partly with the intent of photographing the Waterworks Tower and Perrot's Folly from across the water.
As I was walking round I spotted some fish playing in the shallows and videoed them. In this movie I've mixed some of the photos from that day with footage of the fish swimming arourd.
The music is J.S. Bach's Andante from Italian Concerto performed by harpist Catrin Finch. I did a "creative commons" search and found it at gardnermuseum.org. Catrin's own website is at catrinfinch.com.
The Waterworks Tower and Perrot's Folly are the buildings that inspired the towers in J.R.R. Tokien's Lord Of The Rings trilogy.
The photo of the guy angling was taken about three weeks later.
