Community video from Walgett, NW NSW where the 1965 Freedom Ride re-enactment will be tomorrow 19 February 2015. The Connecting to Country program was an attempt by the local Aboriginal community to educate staff at the high school about the need to understand where the Aboriginal students are coming from psychologically and historically.
