3 year old Dima Shulzik from Belarus was diagnosed with achondroplasia at birth, a type of dwarfism.
He has external fixators on his legs after family & friends rallied around to raise the funds needed to lengthen his femurs.
To avoid future mobility problems, Dima will need at least two more operations on his arms and legs which his family simply cannot afford.
