Our guest speaker, Henrietta Menco, LICSW, CEAP, Quality Manager at Partners Employee Assistance Program in Boston, MA will discuss the use of an evidence-based screening for alcohol use disorder and brief intervention approach, and provide examples of how the Partners EAP tailors these techniques to each individual employee when needed.
Henrietta Menco, LICSW, CEAP, Quality Improvement Manager, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Certified Employee Assistance Professional, with a master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College. Henri joined Partners EAP in 2002, previously the Director of EAP and Occupational Health Services at Mount Auburn Hospital. She has worked in a variety of EAP settings for 26 years, including internal and external programs, corporate and hospital based settings, for-profit and non-profit organizations.
