After seeing the success of this phenomenon in New York, Josh Heller sets out to bring ICING to the West Coast.

But Bros in California don't want to ICE. He is disappointed when his lone-wolf strategy FAILs. He seeks the help of a fellow BRO to enact ICE CARNAGE.
