On July 19th 2014, twelve light painters from across the United States set a Guinness World Record in Floyd, Virginia. Inspired by Andrew Wells' Century of Light Orbs, the team set up their photograph in the middle of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Using collaboratively designed light tools, the East Coast Light Painting group successfully created 200 light orbs in a single long exposure photograph.
