Current city resources such as sensors/actuators, web information (i.e., open data) and human-based sensing (i.e., participatory sensing) should be more integrated to create high-level services for smart city. In ClouT project, we are developing a new platform which connects such physically-and-virtually distributed resources with cloud computing technology. In this exhibition, we present our fundamental software technology to connect city resources with unified API. In addition, we also introduce 2D/3D smart city visualiser which can show real-time city data from Japan, Europe and also other countries. The 2D visualiser called city dashboard provide widget-based city resource/data explorer. The users can create their original dashboard system easily. The 3D visualiser enables users to understand globally-distributed sensors and their data. It shows sensing information with interactive animation, and also transforms the sensor information into various sounds.
