March 28, 2015 was the grand opening for Suffrage Wagon Cafe, the online meeting place for those interested in this remarkable time in history. First of all, there's a partnership between Suffrage Wagon Cooking School and the Suffrage Wagon Cafe. And the cafe has special programs, film, music, and lectures. International Swan Day is during March. Support Women Artists Now. Follow the Suffrage Wagon for updates on the progress of the Turning Point Suffragist Memorial. And stay tuned for updates about the 2017 exhibition of the Spirit of 1776 suffrage wagon at the New York State Museum in 2017.
Follow the Suffrage Wagon for news, views, videos, audio, and features about the suffrage movement in the United States. It's inspired by Grandmother Edna Kearns, who represents our grandmothers, great grandmothers, family members and ancestors who worked over a period of 72 to win the right to vote for American women. Marguerite Kearns is the host for Suffrage Wagon Cafe.
