Our approach to this years whitetail season was a little different than usual. With our love for the "western" style of hunting, we decided to use those tactics for big woods whitetail at home. We quickly found out that this would not be easy, and spent an entire off season putting boot leather on the ground, so that when November came around, we were ready to go. Looking back on this past season, it is very evident that the harder you work at something, the greater the reward. We were blessed with an unforgettable season, and a new obsession for chasing big woods bucks.
