In late 2009, we were asked by Jane Grant, a media artist working at the University of Plymouth, to create a series of moving sequences for a film she was making about the origins of the Moon.
Taking Jane's amazing charcoal drawings as a starting point we created over 30 shots which show the tension between the Earth and the Moon, at the point of, and immediately after creation.
We then edited the final film at our studio with Jane, incorporating her incredibly dark and powerful soundtrack.
The final film is on show at the Peninsula Arts Gallery, Plmymouth until July 1st 2010. Entry is free.
