Death Stain was the second production I got to edit on and I also had the opportunity to play the roll of its main character. The film was shot at two different locations and it took about 13 hours to complete.
As a freshman, learning to darken and color correct the footage was the biggest challenge with this project. The other challenges encountered were experimenting with lighting and the various effects needed, which I have never used. But using effects that were realistic helped the film appear more cinematic.
