After being diagnosed with kidney failure, Yaredly found herself on dialysis in Miami and in need of a kidney transplant. Back in Puerto Rico, her cousin Kiara learns of her condition and makes the decision to give her the precious gift of life she's been waiting for. This is their inspirational story of love, family and living donation.
