Cuerpos en resonancia, for voice, dancer with pulse and movement sensors, and live electronics (2015).
In this piece, the inquiries of three composers and a choreographer/dancer in regard to the sonic and mobile experimentation of the bodies coincide. The resonance is approached as a possibility of mutual alteration by vibration. Therefore, two sensors in the dancer's body, one for pulse (finger) and the other one for movement (computer camera), generate a real-time list of instructions (verbal score) for the vocal and live electronics performers. The dancer's sound and the voice of the performer are electronically processed. The dancer reacts to the sonic stimulation and this constant feedback of action-reaction constitutes the piece itself.
This piece was created during the MusicMakers_HackLab DF 2015 (February 23rd - 27th, 2015).
