ThePublicOffice has been working with Essex County Council to develop and embed the culture and practice of deep, immersive listening to citizens. Not without their challenges, these approaches are enabling ECC with its partners to put the needs, expectations, capabilities and aspirations of the people of Essex at the heart of commissioning for better outcomes.
