The Community Health Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the provision and delivery of primary health services within Lafayette County, Missouri. We accomplish this mission by funding health education scholarships and other investments to our county's primary health care infrastructure.
Through scholarship initiatives, the Community Health Foundation desires to increase the availability of health care professionals within our communities. Lafayette, Ray, Carroll, Johnson, Saline, and Jackson county residents wishing to pursue a health care degree or advance an existing health care degree are eligible to make application for interest-free-educational loans. These loans may be forgiven in exchange for working in the county for a specified timeframe following completion of the educational program.
Your contribution is invaluable and can be made via cash donations or pledges, through planned gifts such as bequests, trusts, annuities, securities, real estate, and insurance.
All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent of current laws. Donors are recognized each year in the Foundation's Annual Report.
Additionally, a Recognition Wall, located on the first floor of Lafayette Regional Health Center is another way to honor loved ones or recognize a corporation or individual.
Levels of giving include Gold, $2,500; Silver, $1,000 - $2,499; and Bronze $500 - $999. Contributions are tax-deductible.
