This work alludes to the legitimacy of 'performance' and strangeness of the ‘real’, a staged moment within an unsuspecting terrain. An inglenook, or chimney corner, is a small recess that adjoins a fireplace. This video aims to take elements of the everyday and turn them on their head, proposing an optimism that is preserved within the absurd.
