The indictment of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev states that both bombs of the Boston Marathon Bombing of April 2013 were contained in black backpacks yet the evidence produced by the prosecution includes pictures establishing that the only backpack Dzhokhar had with him at the marathon was white with thin dark trim. Yet the FBI special agent in charge declared that the designation of Dzhokhar and his brother as Suspects in the bombing was made on the basis of the Forum Restaurant video showing Dzhokhar put down his backpack. Dzhokhar should never have become a suspect much less the object of the manhunt and the accused in this monstrous show trial. The evidence of Dzhokhar's innocence of the charges in the indictment are so obvious and conclusive only a high degree of corruption can account for it.
