This film was made in Lisbon as part of the "WAITING" project, to offer an artistic vision of a city.
The project includes several cities and several video formats.
Depending on the city, some of these films are produced in short format while others are longer and more documented.
This is a self-funded non-profit project, made only for the love of travel and of video.
