This four-minute clip is from the 20-minute live performance dealing with Kiidk’yass (the Golden Spruce) which was cut down in Haida Gwaii, B.C. The video footage will include a voice over narrative that will go into the complex history of the tree. This is the fifth and final section of "Sacred Trees", a 90 minute solo performance piece.
