Wine maker Monty Waldin has made wines in Italy and France but never in the UK. This, he hopes, is about to change. Filmed over a year, we follow Monty through all the challenges of trying to produce his first English Wine. He teams up with award-winning wine producer Nick Wenman from Albury Organic Vineyard in the Surrey Hills to try and make the UK's first ever 'Pet Nat' style sparkling wine.
