This is my latest demo reel. It includes some work I did in college, for Studio B Productions on Being Ian, and some of my own personal work. Below is a shot list.
00:00 - 00:18
Being Ian, Season 4, Episode 55: Blah Blah Blog. I modelled, textured, and animated the scenes in Maya. The rendered layers were then taken into Flash where one of the awesome animators at Studio B handled the character animation.
00:18 - 00:39
Being Ian, Season 4, Episode 54: Midnight Madness. I did the modelling and animation for the cars and trash cans in these scenes. The backgrounds were created in Photoshop by one of our layout artists which I used to match up the maya animation. The final animation was then rendered out using Maya Vector and imported into Flash as an swf file.
00:39 - 01:03
A Holy Knight character I developed as a personal project. This was a higher resolution model that used multiple 2048x2048 maps for texture, specular, reflection, and normals.
01:25 - 01:32
I wanted to design a creature that would fit with the slight fantasy feeling of my game level so I came up with this guy. Modelling and texturing were done in XSI. I took the medium resolution model into zBrush and created a normal map to show added detail.
01:43 - 02:08
Video game level for Unreal Tournament 2004. All of the assets were created in Maya and then imported into the Unreal editor where the level was lit and special effects (such as water) were added.
