The Chefs’ Table Series® featured King’s Burlington|Bowling Entertainment. Executive Chef Andre Bautista taught the audience and co-host Joe Murphy how to make three gourmet pizzas: seasoned evoo with fresh herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, grilled asparagus, goat cheese and mozzarella cheese. Once cooked, balsamic glaze is drizzled on it. Pizza two: seasoned evoo with fresh herbs, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, brie cheese and mozzarella cheese. Third pizza: bacon fat, grilled marinated diced chicken, cheddar cheese, diced applewood bacon; once cooked, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and ranch dressing.
