March 6, 2015
A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Ms. Ernestus brings to life the latest nutrition and wellness philosophies and practices in her popular innovative interactive workshops. Nadia made a name for herself on the East End through her most popular workshop - "Easy Fermenting: Sauerkraut and Kombucha” and started her company, Hamptons Brine, in 2014 as an answer to the increasing demand for a high-quality fermented raw sauerkraut.
“After successful careers on Wall Street and as a real estate broker, and after raising 3 children, I decided to embark on a new career, sharing my passion for a healthy lifestyle and diet with my community,” says Nadia. “My goal is to make the world healthier, clarifying the contradictory dietary advice available today, while relying on local, organic foods to create simple, sustainable nutrition plans and lifestyles.”
