Entertaining video on the topic of vulnerability assessments and emergency response plans. Developed for the U.S. EPA Office of Water.
Drinking water systems serving 3,301 persons or more are required under Public Law 107-188 to assess water system vulnerability to an attach that can disrupt the water supply. Each system is required to prepare an emergency response plan to lessen any impacts of an attack. This video covers requirements related to systems serving between 3,301 and 10,000. A separate video in this series, Emergency Response Plan, covers information on the development of the required plan.
