I've been working on a way to get the point cloud data generated from a camera track and a PointcloudGenerator node in NukeX into 3ds Max. In the end I wrote a Python exporter for the data which saves it into a simple .csv file that then gets brought into Max using Krakatoa/Thinkbox's PRT Loader. It comes in at the correct coordinates so that the cameras in the Nuke scene also work, allowing a decent PointCloud workflow in max (for example for rendering in Krakatoa or otherwise to help with building proxy models for projecting onto.
I'm in the process of tidying up the code and releasing it now.
