The Moody Bible Institute admissions department approached Jerod Wanner in October 2009 about doing some new things with the admissions promotional films. He came up with the idea of making a shorter metaphorical film to intrigue the viewer, and then making a handful of modular pieces to define specific aspects of Moody rather than combining all of it together in a 12 minute long film. This was definitely a long process, but this team really worked well in making this idea a reality for Moody and the prospective student. Along side Jerod was Chad Mezzera, Marianne Bach, and Scott Visk. Each of them had great things to offer and really created something unique. Not only did the Moody Admissions Department step in to help, people from Moody Radio stepped in to give them access to their professional recording equipment for the best sound quality possible. The filming was done over a period of two weekends and was done on all very high quality and professional equipment. The editing was done on Final Cut Pro and color corrected on Color. This film is the beginning of something new, something Moody has never seen before. The hope is to draw students into this amazing institution through this films so that they can be trained and well equipped for God's work in them and through them. May God use this film how it was intended to be used.
