The Anti-Bullying and Arc Ally Peer Mentor Leadership Programs provide individuals with developmental disabilities with the tools needed to deal with bullying--non-violently and effectively. These programs build leadership skills, confidence and self-esteem which transfer directly to positive growth in the clients’ workplaces and social interactions. The Arc Allies program is creating a new generation of leaders who will defend and champion their peers with developmental disabilities while raising awareness about bullying in the community.
