Denver Digerati and the Denver Theatre District will host a reception and walking tour in recognition of the launch of our most recent project the "Ten-second Film Festival." Join us on Thursday May 7th starting at 6pm at Edge Restaurant & Bar at the corner of 14th and Arapahoe inside the Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Denver. Limited appetizers will be available at the start of the reception, and Edge will continue their happy hour drink specials for those who attend. The walking tour will commence around 6:45, Denver Digerati will provide a map of the 5 screen locations within a short walk from our starting point at 14th and Arapahoe. Denver Digerati curators Ivar Zeile and Ryan Pattie will discuss the artists that have been commissioned to create the 10-second works specifically for each screen, including Denver artists Evan Mann and Laleh Mehran, Hong Kong-based-based artists Faiyaz Jafri and Max Hattler, Eurozone-based artists Emilia Forstreuter and Mike Pelletier, and US-based artists Jake Fried, Barry Whittaker, Sin Young Kim and Milton Croissant III. Bring along an umbrella in case of inclement weather and plan for a fun an informative event that is changing the landscape of public art today.
