On April 7, 2015 through April 21, 2015 Joe and Carolyn Beasley was in the Philippine Islands, on the island of Mindanao where Evangelist Harold Lange, one of Joe Beasley's best friends started a ministry at Maitum in the year of 1998. After Harold went to be with Jesus in 2010 Joe was asked by Harold's widow to pray about picking up the mantel and continuing the ministry. In the middle of July 2014 Pastor Joe placed the ministry under the care of his outreach ministry, Fresh Oil Ministries.
