Then hear from FMOL Health System and ROi as they provide as they provide an overview of the various problems and challenges that they faced including, researching new technology devices and comparative analyses tools from unbiased sources across multiple integrated provider organizations and integrating a software platform to manage the operation activities of multidisciplinary service lines and value analysis teams. These ranged from information sharing (e.g. agendas, meeting minutes, idea networking) to cataloging a repository of historic product/technology ideas, to managing the decision- making logistics with voting documentation and archiving.
