The Downtown Willoughby Rib Burn Off was back for it's 4th YEAR! They keep getting better and better. The event was held on Erie St. right in the heart of Downtown Willoughby. Several musical acts put on great performances. Frankie Ballard performed in front a of packed crowd and kept it rocking all night. Bruce in the USA also did a phenomenal job as always.
