This video documents the efforts of the Alam Sehat Lestari (ASRI) team to reduce the prevalence of tuberculosis in West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Though curable, TB is deadly in most cases in the developing world, killing up to 2 million people per year worldwide. Recognizing these realities, the ASRI team has developed a program to provide both the necessary treatment and support for local TB patients. The film was produced and directed by Susan Barnett, an Emmy-nominated producer, with support from Ikana Media. The production of this film was made possible through generous support from Johnson & Johnson.
