This 11-minute video shows how Interactive Radio Instruction (IRI) has reached out-of-school youth, HIV/AIDS orphans and primary school students in Zambia. For more than 30 years, IRI has helped to improve education access and the quality of learning in developing countries around the world.

In addition to helping build basic skills in literacy and numeracy, Zambia's IRI programs also help prepare youth for life through the inclusion of civic education, health and life skills content. For more information about IRI and EDC, go to idd.edc.org.
