Microsoft does not seem to be taking any action on either of these accounts listed in this video. I know one of them just spams their youtube account and is a friend of them, I don't expect anything to happen to him but as far as the other two go. There should be action taken action them. They not only sent this to me but two other friends of mine at the same time as well.
