"Hilltop" 153 Mill Creek Road in Ardmore designed by architectures McIlvain and Roberts. The property was once owned by the famous goldsmith Philip Syng known to have created the 1752 Syng inkstand used to sign the United States Declaration of Independence (1776) and United States Constitution (1787).
