Thanks for taking the time to watch our videos and sharing with others. I got to give it to Sukhjinder and Sandeep, they really were easy to work witsh and had full trust in our abilities to do a great job. Here’s a text that Sandeep sent me the next day “Goodmorning Dal! Wanted to thank you for all the hard work you guys put into the wedding starting with the e-shoot all the way up to the reception. You guys are professional and awesome at what you do. The entire team is commendable for their work and kind nature. Sukh and I look forward to seeing the finished products of both photo and video!”. When clients send us texts like these, then I feel satisfied cause the only opinion I care about is what the client thinks.
So back to the wedding, lol. The eshoot was way back in November as we really wanted to capture the fall colors. I must commend the both of them as they endured such cold weather for the sake of great photos, thank you guys . The wedding itself was really a weeklong string of events starting from Sunday to Sunday. The Sikh Punjabi Wedding was held at Dunwin Gurudwara and the reception at the classic Chandni on Chrysler Drive. Coming back to Dunwin after so long, I forgot how large the main hall was, so I didn’t hesitate to get the team to use the glidecam to capture the entrances and use our 70-200 lenses. What was different about the day was that it rained, a lot. We always work out a backup plan for the park shoot and as it’s kind of a bummer but sometimes it’s a blessing in disguise as we got some captivating photos with them in the rain. I will post some of those soon. The games at Sandeep’s house with the sisters proved to be very entertaining and as you have noticed, was moved to the garage cause of the rain. The doli was very emotional as we can see through the lens the close relationships the bride has with her family, relatives and friends. All in all, the wedding and reception turned out to be fantastic. It’s always nice to be a part of one of the more important moments in my clients lives. I’m lucky that way. Congrats Sukh and Sandeep!
