We hosted a Day 3 event for Oregon Pinot Camp yesterday. It included:
- a comparative oyster tasting from our friends at EaT Oyster Bar in Portland (eatoysterbar.com/)
- a pork lunch from Olympic Provisions in Portland (olympicprovisions.com/)
- sides made by Lizzie Adelsheim
- a cheese course with cheeses from Oregon and Washington, as well as local Oregon berries
