I recently traveled to Tokyo and found this awesome bakery located slightly outside of Tokyo. This cozy bakery is run solely by the owner Kaori. She only bakes gluten free and refined-sugar free goods. She doesn't used any preservatives, artificial chemicals, or soy products. Yet, everything tastes so incredibly good. The cakes and the muffins are soft and moist. The chocolate are incredible. I just wish I can find this kind of bakery in the Netherlands where I live.
