Using family photographs, films, newspaper articles, news footage and interviews - Looking for Mr. Rogers, a three screen documentary charts the history of Castlemilk. Castlemilk was one of Glasgow's satellite housing schemes, built to relieve the problems of the city's overcrowded slums. Planned in the 40s and built during the early 50s, the first residents were delighted with their new homes but soon discovered the estate had few amenities. By the mid 70s, Castlemilk was facing serious problems. Directed by Paul Cameron - One of the winners of the Scottish Film Council's and Scottish Television's Centenary Reels Scheme of 1996.
