"When I found my Muse I discovered she had been hunting me". An installation at the Holter Museum of Art tracks a very personal journey by artist Tim Holmes as he explores the mysterious creative source in a suite of 100 or so huge drawings done over a period of a few months. Holmes is best known as a sculptor, the first American to exhibit in the Hermitage Museum in Russia. His search for his creative source mirrors a universal struggle to plumb the depths of being.
