With gracious permission by Port Authority of NY/NJ and Downtown Manhattan Heliport, Atkin Drone Team filmed the historic move of the 77 year old Tanker Mary A. Whalen into her new berth, in the Atlantic Basin, Red Hook, (Brooklyn,) NYC. The vessel is the home of the forward thinking PortSideNewYork.org bringing relevancy to the urban waterfront. Filmed with Jonathan Atkin "Pilot in Command" and Cameramen, Bryson Jenkins and Ben Wolf operating cameras and alternately "spotting." A first for the Atkin Drone Team.
