The Village of Lombard Caused Criminal Disaster & Tragedy for the Hung Family after Mr. Roberto Hung purchased a Lombard Historic Bungalow at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road & Washington Boulevard, near St. Pius X Catholic Church and School. Lombard Police and Fire Department trespassed and allowed unauthorized people to jump the surrounding picket fence and damage roofing and wooden structure at the Estate of Mr. Roberto Hung and Family members, to include business equipment and resources for Communications, Languages & Culture, Inc. in DuPage County, Illinois 60148, in the State of Illinois, near the Department of Drivers and Motor Vehicles, in the United States of America.

For the record, during 2005, SBC Telephone Repairman Edward Westenholtz, Telephone (630) 620-3858 (Office), and (312) 760-2829 (Pager), other unauthorized intruders trespassed and jumped the fence.

During Summer of June 18, 2005, SBC Telephone pulled out residential telephone wires and connections along with the side roofing, rain gutter ductwork, roof tiles, shingles, and wooden framework without consent and authorization at 502 S. Westmore Avenue and Washington Boulevard in the Village of Lombard?leaving all the debris and rubble on the backyard, still in a mess. The Village of Lombard did not notify the Hung Family as resident homeowners about this matter, though it was reported, nor did the Lombard Police Department and/or DuPage Law Enforcement provide the Hung Family with an account of this vandalism and trespassing as stipulated by law in Illinois.
The Lombard Brick Bungalow property had been attacked, damaged, and trespassed more than any other in DuPage County, Illinois, after Mr. Roberto Hung and family, resided and purchased the property from 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008, to the present year 2010 in DuPage County, Illinois. None of the local law enforcement agencies ever reported to the Hung Family or accounted for the criminals and intruders arrested and/or bonded to reimburse the Hung Family as taxpayers for damages and losses caused during their law enforcement operations in the area.

Westmore Avenue, into the Hung Family?s backyard at 502 S. Westmore Avenue in Lombard, to pull out the existing telephone lines, the rain gutters, the roof tiles, and all the supporting wooden structures for the roofing on the southwest side of the house. Then, SBC Repairman Edward Westenholtz and other unauthorized intruders left all the damages, debris, and wooden rubble all over the Hung Family?s backyard, over the flower beds, and on the existing lawn trampled in the backyard.
There have been many instances of abuse, heinous hate crimes, and others transgressions against the Lombard Brick Bungalow while the Hung Family have been Lombard resident homeowners in DuPage County, Illinois, for instance:
1. Bullet hole on upper glass window pane in the living room
2. Broken fence posts, splintered wood caused by trespassers jumping over the adjoining fence by the Carpenters? driveway at 506 S. Westmore-Meyers Road in Lombard , Illinois , 60148-3028 , Du Page County, USA
3. Torched-burning front door varnish with fire, as well as back porch door, and tool shed garden door
4. Chemicals burning grass lawn
5. Cracked, broken light fixtures on ceilings
6. Bursting Lombard water plumbing pipes due to ungauged water pressure; leaking ducts and canals with fissures in the County of Du Page, Illinois, USA
7. Broken Maple Tree Branch over the Carpenters? driveway caused by the Carpenters ABF Truck 88938 on July 11, 2007, at 8H30AM, U.S. DOT 082866, ABF Freight System, Inc.- Trailer 88938, Semi-Truck. On Wednesday, August 8, 2007, the Carpenters? son and John Carpenter arranged to have the broken Maple Tree branch through their back gate and Robyn/Jennifer?s driveway, carried out to leave the large Maple wooden branch on the side lawn, on Washington Blvd., leaving the same to obstruct pedestrians walking path, on the sidewalk.
