The presentation will focus on the grassroots experience of strategic planning in Catholic schools (both elementary and secondary). The presentation will show the steps needed to conduct a strategic planning process without using external consulting services. The elements that are necessary for internal facilitation of a strategic planning process will be introduced along strategies to mobilize and organize the school community for a successful experience. The presentation will use the NSBECSs as the framework for developing task force committees and target themes to be addressed in the strategic planning process.
