On July 10th 2009 Cpl. Lee Scott of the Royal Tank Regiment was killed while on duty in Afghanistan.
On June 1st 2012 Cpl. Michael Thacker of the Royal Welsh was also sadly killed on duty in Afghanistan.
On May 23rd 2015 a special group of Rugby Players - wearing the colours of Forces' Charity Scotty's Little Soldiers - gathered to contest the third annual Michael Thacker Cup.
This film provides an insight into that day and into the minds of the players involved, some of whom had helped set a new Guinness World Record by playing for 24hrs 51mins in the inaugural Michael Thacker Cup fixture two years earlier.
