If you have a SaaS/Cloud product and are selling it on a niche market, you should ask yourselves what's next. What if you could sell your same product on a new market, a market that greatly needs your technology, and is not highly competitive? What if you could do that across 5 or 10 new markets, and increase revenues by an order of magnitude?
Unfortunately, expanding into new markets is hard. Market research is complex and expensive, and even after that research, it's only theoretical - you need a big investment in positioning, content and promotion just to discover if the new market can drive real business.
