In the book of Job, God pitted riches and righteousness against each other to test out Satan's theory that they were adversarial. So in Job's life, God set up a test pitting righteousness against material wealth and health versus poverty and physical sickness to determine if there was in fact any connection at all.
Job was rich and righteous, followed during the test by totally poverty and was found still to be righteous, then God took his health, yet still he remained righteous. Finally at the end, God judged that there was no harmful effect in the heart of a truly righteous person whether in extreme riches or total poverty. Following the results of the test God gladly blessed Job again with twice the riches he started out with, perfect health and set him in a place once again of extreme influence and estate.
In this teaching you will experience a revelation of God's view of His concept of "rich and righteous."
