大阪茨木の橋本工務店にて撮影。44歳の「ハイジ」は古い材木置き場の倉庫に迷い込む。その場にあるものを足や指を使い触覚で確かめる。波板を指でなぞる音のグラデーションは、空気中にまう埃のように夢の中なのか、それともハイジが街で見つけた隠れ家なのか。最後の音で目覚めたのか、夢のままなのか。音によって想像を掻き立てる作品。

Filmed at the Hashimoto Construction warehouse in Ibaraki, Osaka. The 44-year-old "Heidi" wanders into an old lumber storage shed. She uses her feet and fingers to explore and confirm the textures of the objects around her. The gradient of sounds produced as she traces her fingers along the corrugated metal sheets blurs the line between dream and reality, like dust floating in the air. It leaves the question open—whether Heidi is in a dream or has found a hidden refuge in the city.Whether she awakens to the final sound or remains in a dream is left ambiguous. This work evokes the imagination through sound.
